KINGSFORD — On July 9th, the KIND Drug Enforcement Team announced the arrest of 36-year-old Justin Rushing of Kingsford, for charges related to drug distribution.
The first count is for controlled substance- delivery/manufacture (cocaine, heroin or other narcotic), which carries a 20 year felony, and/or a $25,000 fine.
The second count is for controlled substance- maintaining a drug house, which carries a 2 year felony, and/or a $25,000 fine.
