MARQUETTE — Gruesome details of a man beating a woman were described today during an arraignment in Marquette County Circuit Court.
Andre Moore, 37, pleaded no contest to the charge of aggravated domestic violence – second offense. Five other charges, including assault with intent to murder were dropped as a result of a plea agreement.
Moore was arrested by Forsyth PD June 2nd. According to Marquette County Prosecutor Matt Wiese, the victim, who lived with Moore, confronted him about inappropriate sexual content she found on his phone.
Moore became violent and assaulted her. She ended up in the hospital.
Moore will be sentenced October 20th.
