HOUGHTON — The Houghton County Sheriff’s Department is on the look out for a thief who stole several car batteries. Nine batteries went missing late Monday night or early Tuesday morning out of U–Haul trucks at the U–Haul Moving and Storage lot in Atlantic Mine. Five “Group 78” and four “Group 65” batteries were taken.
